Choosing a new dentist is an important decision. Our team welcomes individuals and families from Mississauga and surrounding communities with personalized care, clear explanations, and time for questions. Before your first visit

Please arrive a few minutes early and bring:

• A current list of medications, allergies, and relevant medical conditions
• Your dental insurance information, if applicable
• Any recent dental X-rays or records available from your previous office
• Information about the concern you would most like us to address

Complete health information helps us plan care safely. Please tell us about pregnancy, recent surgery, heart conditions, joint replacements, changes in medication, or anything else that may affect dental treatment.

What to expect at your first appointment

Your visit is tailored to your reason for coming and your oral-health needs. It may include:

1. A conversation about your goals: We review your dental and medical history, current symptoms, previous experiences, and priorities.
2. A dental examination: The dentist evaluates your teeth, gums, bite, jaw, and other oral tissues.
3. Diagnostic records when needed: Dental X-rays, photographs, or scans are recommended only when they are clinically appropriate and useful for diagnosis.
4. Preventive care planning: A hygiene appointment or other preventive treatment may be completed at the first visit or scheduled separately, depending on your needs and the time required.
5. A clear discussion: We explain our findings, answer questions, and review suitable treatment options, alternatives, expected costs, and priorities.

If you are visiting because of pain, swelling, a broken tooth, or another urgent concern, the first appointment may focus on diagnosis and immediate care.

Your treatment plan

Recommendations are based on your examination and diagnostic findings. You are encouraged to ask questions before deciding how to proceed. Except when urgent care is necessary, you can take time to consider the options presented. More complex treatment may require additional appointments or referral to a dental specialist.

Appointments and cancellations

Online forms request an appointment but do not confirm one. A team member will contact you to arrange the date and time. To cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please call the office as early as possible so the time can be offered to another patient.

For dental pain, swelling, trauma, uncontrolled bleeding, or another urgent concern, call us directly at (905) 569-7773. Do not use the online request form for an emergency.

Insurance and payment

Dental benefits and reimbursement vary by plan. Please bring your current insurance information and contact your insurer if you need confirmation of specific coverage. Our team can help with estimates, claim information, and paperwork where available, but patients remain responsible for fees not covered by their plan.

We accept common payment methods. Please contact the office before treatment if you have questions about payment arrangements or the estimated cost of care.
